I have said it to anyone who will listen and I will say it again. Covenant White makes 50 Shades of Grey look like it was written by a high school student.
I wasn't sure what I was getting into when I started reading, but I quickly found myself immersed and unable to put my book down. The world is dark and violent, the characters enduring in a strange but fond way, and the real world implications of renegade heroes continued to make me wince and cheer. These super heroes make Frank Miller's Batman look like Adam West with a case of the giggles. I am going to read the second book now, and highly recommend others to read this one.
